Pros

decent pay, monthly pay plus a chance of making more is not bad, but it also depends on where you live, and what you need to pay for.

Cons

the schedule is ridiculous. you need to be dedicated to this job. if you dont have any other obligations, or just starting out, i would go for it.

Pros

The opportunity to make a decent income from commission sales, providing that there is foot traffic in dealership

Cons

Everything from management, to HR, to the CRM the company uses. There really are too many cons to waste my time writing. Experience it for yourself, just don't say I didn't warn you.
