    Pros

    Great name for calling in. Good stock option plan. Work remote, vacation was ok. Nice locations in the bay area.

    Cons

    poor comp plan. too hard to get changes made to material. Takes a long time to get answers to questions.

    Advice to Management

    Fire poor middle managment and compensate sales reps better

    Pros

    It is possible to make good money at McAfee. There are some talented people working there. Some of their products are market leaders.

    Cons

    Senior management has no accountability. Change of focus and direction throwing the entire organization into chaos happens often. Regardless of performance it is difficult to advance unless you have connections to senior management. Benefits are below average.

    Advice to Management

    Intel needs to move in and take over day to day management.
