    Pros

Very nice people to work with and has great managers of people. Great work life balance. Compensation is fair compared to IT industry however not for the job responsibilities.

    Cons

Top management tier is mostly marketing / sales and it shows all the way down to the bottom levels. Lacks substance or diversification which of course hinders quality. Very high stress level due to disorganized teams (65% fire fighting per day)... which is to be expected when HR and Sales managers (no IT backgrounds) are leading/managing IT teams.

This is a tough one: half of me says it is just the industry in which this company competes in (all marketing and sales) and the other half says that the support, priority, resources, IT vision and direction from top management is so low that skilled IT employees run away from the company like Speedy Gonzales runs away from a mousetrap. With such wide gaps in skilled company knowledge (best business practices) it is hard to see this company being sustainable in the future.
