    supportive team, open to questions, freedom to learn what you want or explore other areas, flex schedule during summers (longer monday-thursday with half day fridays)

    none - was only there for 6 months though

    I worked at McCormick & Company for more than a year

    Pros

    McCormick is a great company to work at. They have some of the most friendliest people ever. People are ready to help and mentor new employees and the management is ready to explore newer technologies.

    Cons

    Everything is very slow. In terms of tech, they are lagging behind and need to adapt quickly.

    Speed up the things.

    I have been working at McCormick & Company full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Interesting projects , good people to work with, time off between Christmas and New Years. Opportunity for those who want to try new jobs or locations

    Cons

    Too many failed ex-Heinz employees running the company. No long term vision that holds up to the next earning release

    Stop running the company on a quarter to quarter basis

    This company has integrity and values the employee, has a value pyramid that starts with a good foundation. On boarding and training is excellent HR is effective and nice Benefits excellent Co workers are awesome and helpful

    Only challenge is to preserve the culture over the long term against constant pressure for profits from wall street
