    -Good Benefits -They bring in catered food once in a while...

    Cons

    -Little opportunity for advancement. -Management doesn't suffer when they over commit the work force. -Poor work life balance. -So much corporate mumbojumbo.

    -They need to focus on hiring GOOD leaders and worry less about whether the applicant is a woman or minority.

    Training and development was a high priority at McCormick. People were all friendly and helpful. Head office staff always working together with field sales to improve processes.

    Cons

    As in most retail services at peak times of year there were long hours, very early mornings.

    Great place to work, excellent senior management, fantastic training.

    Salary, Flexible Time, Week off between Christmas and New Years, Lots of perks if you go to the office every day not if your are in the field.

    Health Benefits lower than average No Training Company Veterans are cocky and vindictive Laying off the Good Veterans keeping the rude ones Unrealistic goal setting

    The best way to kill a sales force is to let Marketing lead it. Need to believe in your people more.

    - Self promotion far outweighs the two-for-one spirit the company was built on - For many years, a strong culture allowed the company to retain employees at well below market rates, but that culture no longer exists - Senior leaders completely disconnected from the pulse of the organization - HR is fat, dumb and lazy
