    I worked at McCormick & Company full-time

    Pros

Free sick days. Vacation is good.

    Cons

Management and team leader show no leadership. There is no one who can make a decision. Have to work OT ,but don't put in for and made the department look bad.

    Advice to Management

Stop putting so many jobs on one person, so you feel good about yourself.

I have been working at McCormick & Company part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

They give you free spice samples at quarterly meetings.

    Cons

Management is all fluff no substance. Only care about appearances does not care about employees at all. Do not work here. They will treat you badly they mislead and deceitful. Worse company I have ever worked for in 30 plus years in business.

    Advice to Management

Stop lying and tell employees the truth. Actually respect them and not just pretend to.

Many are rewarded and promoted based on length of time at McCormick rather than skill, background, education. -No real career mapping for most employees -Inconsistent calibration across...

    Advice to Management

There's an every-other-year Voice of the Employee survey - probably time to start taking that seriously.
