I have been working at McCormick & Company full-time

    Pros

    Vacation pay, holiday time off

    Cons

No chance to advance from a Line technician job. It does not matter how many "extra" committees you are on or how the technician performance is judged. This is especially true for females. Advice to Management

PROMOTE FROM WITHIN before hiring Proctor and Gamble, Amazon or Unilever employees or have a diverse mix. More opportunites to advance from technician positions with adequate compensation if skills are proven before going outside the company
