    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at McCormick & Company

    Pros

Week off after Christmas. The older employees are wonderful but the newer people are cut throat and nasty.

    Cons

Management has hidden agendas and change their minds often after making decisions. Career advancement determined primarily by politics. It is a "Yes Sir" company.

    Advice to Management

Show some respect for the people you hire to make sound decisions.
