    I worked at McCoy-Rockford full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Training is great, supportive atmosphere, great managers and co-workers, the pay is within commercial office furniture industry average. The company also does great charity and community events.

    Cons

There are not any cons from me. During the interview process ask questions so you can make an informed decision regarding the company and your career. As unique individuals there will always be pros & cons where you work, just try to make sure the pros outweigh the cons.

    I worked at McCoy-Rockford full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Working with the largest furniture dealership in Texas , including a large showroom and a close proximity to their main productmanufacturer (Steelcase shares a showroom) proved an excellent resource for customers who had to see examples of actual finished product before they made their final purchasing decision.

    Cons

I felt that there was way too little training on new products and software provided. Also I felt that the business was not as diversified across mulitple types of business as it could be.
