    Pros

Uhh, it's indoor work? Uhh, they pay you? Even if it's minimum wage...

    Cons

You permanently smell like a burger and fries, and usually have burn marks on your arms from the french fry baskets.

    Advice to Management

No point in preaching to the deaf.

    I worked at McDonald's full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Flexible hours for full time students. Free food. Coworkers are friendly.

    Cons

Work schedule can be inconsistent. Managers took months to get me to start training for a promotion. They relied on me when they were short on workers, so I'd often wake up to calls from the store or I'd have to work overtime (overtime not paid).

    Advice to Management

Give better/more benefits to employees, especially those who work part-time/multiple jobs.

    I worked at McDonald's part-time

    Pros

A place where everyone is treated fairly. and if you try hard you can surely reach places in this company. would strongly recommend everyone

    Cons

Sometimes the working hours get really hectic. Due to high demand you probably need to put in some extra hours.

    Advice to Management

All the branches don't have the same quality of the product. probably because different franchises are owned by different people.

Constantly creating fun events, the company tries to have good values and standards. There is a lot of room to grow within the company, job advancement wise.

    Advice to Management

Be more stern on employees that don't fit what Mcdonalds tries to be.
