    I worked at McDonald's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Not sure it was an okay job to start off with the hours were okay. If you're in need of a first job with customer service this one is it.

    Cons

Haven't eaten mcds since working there. I hated going home smelling like beef and fries. The customers can be rude if they get their order wrong not you.

    I worked at McDonald's part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The coworkers are awesome and I get to let myself go with the McDonald's Menu. It's a good job to learn the basics of working hard. You may or may not learn how to manage your stress. It's rewarding, intrinsically, by way of personal growth if you have worked there long enough.

    Cons

Everyone's outlook in life does not align with one another. There will be clashes of stress, frustration and negative energy often. Some days you subconsciously self-reflect on the reason as to why you are working there.

    Advice to Management

Boost morale and your crew will follow.

    I worked at McDonald's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible Schedule. As an administrator I didn't have to deal with many of the direct customer complaints.

    Cons

Worked for a franchised, so the owners refused to followed recommended guidelines set by corporate. Instead they paid less, scheduled fewer employees, and were more prone to dismiss hardworking employees. Overall, do not work for a franchise. Instead corporate is a lot better.

    Advice to Management

Corporate is doing a much better job. If you are a franchise, follow their guidelines.

    Pros

There wasn't any From the beginning

    Cons

Mice and cockroaches crawling everywhere and the manager tells you it's alright, favoritism, if your the hardest worker they make you do everything and hate you, too may cliques like high school, managers talk too much, they make up too many lies, they tell one thing and when it happens try to lie and say they never said that, if you say one small thing wrong they will cut all your hours (I was barely working 8-12 hours a week), the place is too corrupted

    Advice to Management

Get someone who isn't corrupted and doesn't care about others, also not someone who's racist.
