I have been working at McDonald's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I was just hired and I begin working tomorrow, everyone seems nice so far. The environments pace depends on the time of day.

    Cons

You gotta get a food handlers card which takes like one to two hours and they could communicate a little clearer to avoid confusions.

    Advice to Management

Better communication within each other, employees, and possible employees can go a long way to benefit a business.

    Pros

    They worked with your schedule.

    Cons

Management had a lot of favoritism, so the workers who weren't on their good side or a favorite within the higher ups would get blamed for most of the mistakes of others.
