    Pros

Because I like the company and work with the customer . I already worked for mcdonal before, and I did not continue working because I moved to another city.

Try to make McDonald's better than it already is now and bring my experience to make mcdonal the best, and make the best customer service.

    Advice to Management

Making customer service the best of all and how that is achieved, being kind and courteous to the customer.

    I worked at McDonald's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Flexible hours, pays minimum wage

    Cons

The restaurant that worked in did not have a great manager. Schedules were mad two days before the week started. It doesn't boost employee morale to threaten people with being fired if they don't work on holidays.

    Advice to Management

Make schedules a week in advance. Give people options before you constantly change their schedules. Speak to people as you want to be spoken to.

McDonald's is a great experience workplace. You can build up experience and some side cash for about a year part-time, and find another job to work up the food chain.
