I have been working at McFadden's Restaurant part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Life at the ballpark is fun. Tips on busy nights were awesome and knowing you were going home with cash and not having to wait for a paycheck was always a plus. Schedule was usually pretty flexible and as long as you worked hard you pretty much got to dictate your own schedule through the year.

    Cons

Sometimes multiple 16+ hour days in a row and on some of those nights tips could sometimes be less than desirable. Not knowing exactly how much money you were going to make was always a drawback.
