    Work at the Research Institute section. It’s a good to gain a first experience in IT development and Data

    Cons

    Not much opportunity to grow professionally.
    Only 1 yr contrats renewable, but without guaranteed. So it’s likely to be laid-off due to lack of funding.

    Pros

    The nurses, doctors and multidisciplinary team work as a team. The schedule is made a month in advance so you can travel. Depends on your nurse manager

    Cons

    Benefit plan is pretty basic. Long hours and the location is out of the way. If you are not a francophone you will not advance in the company

    Advice to Management

    Less management positions needed. More nurses are required. Nurse managers fail to balance floor budgets.
