    nursing and medical staff are not the only ones to benefit from in house training programs. administrative staff should have similar opportunities.

    People are nice and very helpful. Working in the hospital is like working as a team

    less staffs so the workloads for the nurses are heavier

    Good hours and fulfilling experience. Cooperative environment, where students, research assistants, and professors can engage in thoughtful discussion on research topics.

    Coming in on the weekends and on occasions, you will have to stay late for a long day of hard work.

    Pros

    Cooperative work environment. Innovative Facility. Important focus on trainees (guidance, support and activities). Multiple Funding opportunities internally or with associated university (McGill).

    Cons

    Pay is not great, but that is more reflective on PhD stipends in Quebec and throughout Canada. Hours can be difficult but that varies according to the lab, the project and the student's time management.
