    Great work life balance, people are very passionate about what the do, leadership does care about the employees

    Cons

    Accountability for shared services team "DPG" doesn't exist. Being owned by an investment company Apollo is not conducive to long term investment in the business - just care about short term cash flow.

    Realize there is a difference between a education company trying to do technology and a technology company focusing on providing education solutions.

    Pros

    The mission of unlocking the potential of every learner is spot on. The people are great, salaries are good.

    Cons

    Senior leadership works in a vacuum and is slow to react. The industry is undergoing an extreme transformation and the leadership continually makes bizarre decisions that give the company an identity crisis.

    You can "work from home" as much as you want

    Cons

    Company doesn't take it's own work or mission very seriously. Managers are more concerned with bureaucracy and statistics than developing a decent product.

    Pros

    Company is seeking new talent and face to represent the company in the digital age. The culture is open and welcoming, career advancement is plenty and business tool are up-to-date.

    Cons

    Company's restructuring, rebranding and new direction has many senior staffs on duress of losing their job. If they feel threatened in anyway or form, you will be driven out.

    Advice to Management

    Be vigilant of why there are so many turn over.
