    Got shut down because of poor leadership. Couldn't turn a profit :(

    Good pay, flexible hours, good people

    Management was undecided on direction, tried to go everywhere at once and consequently did nothing, employees lacked real leadership, projects would start and stop after months of work without results

    Choose your projects wisely and commit. Commit to eliminating technical debt.
