    Pros

Education publishing has good use and purpose in society. MGH had favorable work and life balance. Great convenient locations in city. Friendly faces, many who have worked with company for years.

    Cons

The norm are management changes who hire and promote their own employees that they brought in. Culture changed significantly. No longer fun, everyone on their tippy toes.

    Pros

Absolutely great leadership, the people who work at MHE are top notch and are all around great people. The work/life balance is wonderful and they have a lot of programs for working families. The product is solid, and there is a powerful vision with leadership to pave the way but the industry is not responding as quickly YET.

    Cons

The industry is honestly a mess right now, sales reps are NOT making goal and salaries are pretty low.
