    Pros

The company is growing fast and has a lot of future potential for employee growth. The pace at the company is challenging and although it puts high demands on its employees to develop or evolve new systems that may not have been required before, there is a great sense of satisfaction identifying and developing the new systems to accommodate both the growth and the larger customers the company is working with these days. For someone who thrives in building something as the need for it is identified, it is a lot of fun. But for those who arent comfortable working outside of a very tightly written job description it can be overwhelming and not a great environment as indecisive types dont seem to last long here.

    Cons

Systems found in larger companies do not exist and therefore make it difficult to always know how to manage the new product development projects. The company needs clearer guidance to the midlevel employees as to their job responsibilities.

    Advice to Management

Continue to focus on getting solid systems in place so that daily work gets more regimented and scheduling of resources becomes clearer.
