    Pros

The only thing good about the Norcross location is the benefits offered to all McKesson employees.

    Cons

This office is known to show favoritism, there is no room for growth or advancement, you are micromanaged. Unlike corporate training is nonexistence with this office.

    Advice to Management

Start acknowledging staff based on performance and not how often they gossip in your offices. You put a matrix in place that each representative must obtain on a daily basis offer incentive and rewards for those that meet or exceed those expectations. Also, stop misleading potential candidates with your job description. You should clearly state that the position is for Call Center Representatives.

    Cons

Lack of transparency from leadership team. Evident favoritism / disapproval of staff , managers will have a difficult time balancing that. Lower end of pay scale compared to industry standards. I worked at McKesson as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

I made $15.50 hr as a "temp to hire" employee. I got a hr. lunch and two 15 min breaks. Even as a temporary employee I was able to install McAfee antivirus software on my personal computer for free.

    Cons

My direct supervisor at the job site did not know how to answer any of my questions which made me ask the permanent employees and they got annoyed frequently. Communication is horrible. There was no training program for new employees period!!!! The started a training program towards the end of my assignment. Other caused drama with the temporary employees.

    Advice to Management

Retrain all of your entire staff.

    Pros

The sales reps that can't sell become managers. The commissions are low that they bought all the major players. If you like never leaving your home. Great job.

    Cons

Sales managers that can't support sales. Might as well just hire soccer moms to sell part time because that is what this company is about now

    Advice to Management

    Better pay for sales producers.

    Pros

A company that will not die out. Good coworkers and benefits and a range or growth within the company.

    Cons

Management, Lower and Upper Management, Hostile work enviroment

    Advice to Management

Stop touching younger woman by giving massages on the back while they are pickign orders. Stop playing favortism. Hire enough workers to cover all surrounding duties. When someone comes out of the bathroom with white powder on their nose and is cleaning off their time badge and three employees notice and go to their older supervisior. Make the damn supervisior do something and make that employee get a drug test. Especially if they are constantly punching in late for shift starts and break returns. And that they are always makign daily errors and slowing down the picking lines. Stop getting rid of the help that is needed and works and performs instead of keeping others who feel they are left out and giving them promotions. And having Upper management listen and respond to multiple voicemails left to atleast listen to why a employee or now ex employee feel they should still be on the job and not let go.
