    Pros

    Clear guidelines and access to you performance scorecards. Company rewards high performers and proactive workers.

    Cons

    Supervisors do not provide regular performance feedback so that you have an opportunity to curve your performance before the end of year review. You receive feedback after you final annual review and compensation has been determined. You'll have to be persistent to get feedback during your midyear review.

    Advice to Management

    Provide regular feedback to all employees. Also please minimize politics. Mediocre performers can be turned into loyal high performing employees with direct and regular feedback and motivation.

    Pros

    Great company and benefits. Good pay and chances for upward mobility. Work from home days are nice too.

    Cons

    General confusion with management. Not very together. Managers seem to pass the buck a lot and never get anything done.

    Pros

    Good benefits and pay, great co-workers

    Cons

    IT management has no idea what the positions they supervise actually do and they don't care to find out. There is severe understaffing. It's all about making more $$ with no regard to service levels. Lots of talk about it but no action. They are constantly putting out RFP (requests for proposals) to replace what the employees are doing which does not contribute to any sense of job security.

    Advice to Management

    Learn about what your employees do!!!
