    there are a lot of great people with a lot of knowledge that are very committed to the company. Compensation is good.

    Cons

    there are a lot of politics and relationships at senior level of the organization are preferred over performance. Lowering cost is the main driver in changes.

    Pros

    work/life balance is above average. Work is challenging and you will learn a lot from people with tremendous amounts of health care or logistics experience. The company encourages its associates to take new roles and try opportunites

    Very frugal, which is necessary in the industry, but often at the expense of well organized processes and systems. compensation could be better

    Company has many opportunities to move departments and explore new roles. Everyone is supportive and helpful towards newcomers
