Pros
Insanely smart, creative and collaborative co-workers, well-known brands, work-life balance, caring leadership, great benefits, cross-office synergies.
Cons
Growing fast and losing a bit of the original DNA, organizational processes are not always clear and makes getting the work done harder, staff turnover seems high at the moment, leadership becoming inaccessible, decisions made in a vacuum - some good, some questionable.

Pros
Great exposure on national brands. Culture fosters an intense atmosphere to push people to their best for those that are hungry to perform at that level. Agency performs with high intensity and consistent attention to detail, organization and quality. High amount of respect for deadlines and commitments to clients and teams. Entire organization is dedicated to McKinney's success and invested in their peers' success both personally and professionally. You will learn how to excel in your role. The agency is at your disposal if you make it a priority. Excellent people and talent to be proud to have the opportunity to work with. Great benefits.
Cons
Extremely long hours are demanded as typical of the industry, but raises are extremely rare. Many people reach burnout, or maximize their tolerance for long hours, increased responsibility and no financial growth. Lack of development plans find it frustrating to understand how long and what you need to do to move to the next level. Promotions are inconsistent as far as experience, impact, and time at McKinney. Growth largely depends on your team, manager and accounts. Favoritism exists in most departments.
