    Pros

Bright ambitious people. Huge career growth. Great brand name.
Mckinsey is chosen by people who decide that they want to sacrifice some part of work life balance for a quick growth in their career. It does not disappoint these people. The opportunities are great. You are exposed to a whole set of different industries very early in your career. You are expected to exhibit qualities to be able to connect with the senior client leadership.
After you leave McKinsey, you have plenty of opportunities. There are a lot of international opportunities too, with the brand name of the firm.

    Cons

work life balance. Bar for recognition very high. People work like crazy.

    Advice to Management

Not much. They are doing pretty good job.

I worked at McKinsey & Company full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Diversity of clients / industries / functions that one can get to know and understand. Huge personal growth and exposure to cutting-edge thinking. Great brand name recognition. Overall - it's one of the best places to get to understand multiple facets of business in a number of industries.

    Cons

Intolerable hours and travel. Lack of "follow through" on most projects (i.e. only early implementation is usually included in a scope).

    Advice to Management

Foster office culture - since most of the people are travelling all the time - attachment to people from the office suffers
