I have been working at McKinsey & Company full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Good benefits private medical insurance, glasses, dental, on site doctor, transportation, wellness plan, free light snacks and light sodas and a less than average monthly lunch.
    - Compensation if you manage to negotiate.

    Cons

    - Not much grow after two years, there is a huge culture of favoritism and gossip.
    - Management is egomaniac and they act as they listen to you but it is not.
    - It is not a call center ( on the IT specialist area) but management acts like it is a call center, controlling even your time at the bathroom.
    - Knowledge is not well documented and there is a mouth to mouth learning culture.
    - No work/life balance and they expect you to assist at every social event they have and it generates some social pressure that not everyone can adapt to.
    - Current workspace lacks natural illumination and it is a closed room generating a very stressful environment.

    Advice to Management

Review your current management strategy in Costa Rica, listen to what people have to say and make sure they are not afraid of what they say will carry consequences.

I have been working at McKinsey & Company full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Easy work, a good environment, people are always happy to help and they Respect you as a worker.
    Good benefits!

    Cons

    Bad leadership
If you are a designer and creative person, do not have big expectations in the design field.
It can fit on a regular person, but if you are a good designer and you have great expectations in growing as that, THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU.

McKinsey&Company is a safe place, but once you are here forget on building a portfolio or a stair for better job opportunities.

If you just complete college this is not a place to grow and learn... The people who are supposed to guide you are not designers or they don't have enough background so you won't have meaningful feedback...

    Advice to Management

You should rethink your market (designers), and not only offer stability but a real design environment and real opportunities to develop design skills
