    Pros

Decent pay, Decent hours if you dont mind working. Benefits are some of the best! Room for advancement i hear

    Cons

Warehouse workers are based on production. starting pay is 14.00 an hour at our location. Because its based on production it creates an unequal playing field amongst workers.

    Advice to Management

because even though you get incentive bonuses if you reach production and more there is workers who simply does not care and works slow and never meets production and rely on the hard/fast workers like my self to pull the weight for them but yet they get paid the same amount us as hard workers hourly. its just not fair. i feel some changes should be made to hourly wages to increase peoples production. something like starting pay is $14 an hour for everyone but say if you pull 800 or more cases per every 100 cases you get a $1 pay increase. so for 800 cases you get $15 an hour 900 cases $16 an hour. base it so the system tracks your average case production per day and adjusts your hourly pay rate on average production. dont just base it on seniority or time at company.
