    Pros

Good money. F1 experience. Helps your cv look good. Nice if you like working in old school factory environment.

    Cons

Working with incompetent people. Management has no interest in employees and treatment is not good. Whole company is run as if it is a small factory. CEO told in 2013 that the biggest asset of the company was the building (not the employees)

    Advice to Management

get rid of the managers on fat pay. You will save a fortune. Stop favoratism.

I have been working at McLaren Group full-time

    Pros

The environment is challenging, with a positive atmosphere.
The learning pace is very high.
Everyone is willing to help and is goal-oriented, no matter the difficulties.
Lean work organization that leaves to the single a lot of responsibility.

    Cons

There are not many chances to have a career boost. Usually the only solution is to change department or leave the company. Due to this, people tend to work here for just a couple of years and therefore the organization of the knowledge and the group never improves.

    Advice to Management

Find a way to keep employees for more than 1-2 years.
Try to listen the real concerns of the employees rather than focusing on silly complains only.
