Pros
Focusing on patient care and well-being. New office area
Cons
Management sucks. They only care about the health of the patient but do not care at all about the staff. We moved offices and only had 1 day to make sure that things worked and that was the day we worked half the day. When we came to work the following day, we had to see patients and it was very hectic and nothing worked. Rooms weren't stocked because we didn't have time, it was awful. They're also so short-staffed that they should not have all 3 providers working since they only normally have 1-2 medical assistants. I feel so bad for the 1-2 medical assistants because they aren't paid well or compensated for their work.
