I worked at McMillin Realty (More than a year)

    Pros

Strong training program for new real estate agents. I appreciated the local investment and family values of the company and it's leadership.

    Cons

Like in any real estate company, some agents can be so competitive that they forget they play on a team under a broker.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at McMillin Realty (Less than a year)

    Pros

none- very poor company to work for

    Cons

The management are overpaid men who don't pay attention to the staff they hire. Creating a successful real estate office requies creativity, technology, follow through and energy. They have none of that.

    Advice to Management

Sell your franchise and get out of the business.

    Pros

Well known company based on family values.

    Cons

There aren't many opportunities to grow.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate the loyal and hard working employees by giving them room to grow in the company and allowing them to have different opportunities. During layoffs, keep the competent employees.
