    Pros

TPI has very highly skilled personnel, specialized in outsourcing and consulting, mostly coming from the IT vendors side (particularly EDS/HP).

    Cons

There is a significant amount of travel involved in most jobs at TPI, and most employees work very long hours.

    Advice to Management

TPI management should consider reviewing its ovelal management structure and make it more competitive to the marketplace, including the salaries

    Pros

TPI provides opportunities for training and personal growth. Senior Management is always available to help individual growth. Nothing is a competition.

    Cons

TPI is still growing but at the moment there is not an ability to move to other locations unless you are senior

    Advice to Management

Although this is an IT company, it is branching toward more Governance Services and Marketing. We need more training or advice on this aspect.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Pay was decent for the market however the way mgmt. treated anyone that they weren't related to was very unethical. Expectations of what work/life balance would be like were completely exaggerated.

    Cons

Mgmt. treated anyone that they weren't related to was very unethical. Expectations of what work/life balance would be like were completely exaggerated.

    Advice to Management

Sr. Mgmt. needs ethics training to determine what they can and cannot say to employees. There are conversations that occur that if HR knew were happening would fire them on the spot.
