    I worked at Med-Scribe

    Pros

They really work hard to get you a job

    Cons

They don't communicate all the rules and all of your obiligations as an employee, they just hand you tons of packets and send you on your way. Also the interview process could be minimized. Also they ask you what type of work your looking for and what positions you are not interested in, just to ignore it all

    Advice to Management

    Better communication

I worked at Med-Scribe for less than a year

    Pros

Management care about you and how you are doing in your placement. You get benifits when you work full time.

    Cons

Temp work, don't get the same benifits as the regular employees at the agency you are contracted to, but you do the same job.

    I worked at Med-Scribe

    Pros

Awesome people to work with, always available for questions, great management and clerical staff.

    Cons

Communication with the actual place of work was not always good. Training date and time was last minute.

I worked at Med-Scribe for less than a year

    Pros

They hire you quickly for temporary work.

    Cons

They are not honest about length of contract or amount of work they have. Mine only lasted 6 weeks before their 6 month contract ended. They work was boring, and you are stuck working in tight quarters for work space.

    Advice to Management

You need to appreciate the temps and be honest about contract duration. Your pay scale can use some improvement as well.
