    I worked at Med4Home full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Overtime. Lots of overtime. And at the time .25 cent sodas in the break room when I worked there.

    Cons

Lots of overtime = because it's mandatory overtime. On your days off. Management doesn't give a care about employees, just about unrealistic numbers. They will use any excuse to fire you, and the amount of days you can miss in a year is insanely limited and if you reach that limit then your gone, no excuses. Hard to find location - really bad roads in the winter. Scary bathrooms. And the fastest turn around I've ever seen at any place I've worked. I thought about walking out almost every day for the 7 months I worked there. And really bad benefits.

    Advice to Management

Your employees are PEOPLE not machines. Lower the numbers you have to get and maybe the turn around won't be so bad. And learn to communicate with each other.

I worked at Med4Home (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Location was easy to get to and the hours were good

    Cons

They don't care about anything but the bottom line. They give you unrealistic goals and will fire you without a second thought, working for them was like selling your soul to the Devil

    Advice to Management

Be more flexible with the goals you set. Think about what kind of employee you have before firing them for not meeting goals that are unobtainable

    I worked at Med4Home full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Benefits, OT pay, and easy work, and bonuses if top rep! Nice area to walk around on break and security is fine. New renovations make the building more professional

    Cons

Dog eat dog world. Supervisors are not caring, and the entire environment is toxic. It felt like high school and people are insensitive.

    I worked at Med4Home full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

No pros due to horrible management. Employees did good job, they were on time, yet still they were fired in front of entire room and marched out the door.

    Cons

Worst Management that can be provided. The only reason they hire is for the manager to enjoy firing an employee. System is constantly down. Unreasonable

    Advice to Management

Fire the manager. Manager haress the employees and always gives reason why will be fired
