    Limited career advancement, micromanaging Senior Leaders, favoritism with staff, outdated technology

    Advice to Management

    Understand the true definition of all staff positions before micromanaging team members and sending condescending emails that others (including the client) can read .

    Flexible work hours. Great building. Good benefits.

    To many chiefs. Hard to get work done with so many meetings about meetings.

    Advice to Management

    Make the decisions and let us do the work without having 5 meetings about the previous meeting.

    Pros

    Collaborative environment where employees worked together and independently with good culture. The company offered good benefits

    Cons

    The job had no security and was an at will position. Which means you could be going to office party one moment and being escorted out with a box next minute with no forewarning

    Advice to Management

    Be transparent and offer your employees an opportunity to succeed and understand that not all people are fit to train and manage some can only stay single tasked

    If you don't know the right people, you're not in the elite group and you're not going to get the plum assignments
