    Was very employee supportive and had reasonable deadlines and staffing before sale to private equity firm and integration with Precyse organization that then became nThrive

    Cons

    Cost cutting for private equity firm cost savings and eventual sale is quite apparent and seems like growth and investment into team is withering

    Advice to Management

    Remember people need to feel valued in their work and feel as though they are contributing to something worthwhile than just the senior executives and owners pocketbooks

    Limited career advancement, micromanaging Senior Leaders, favoritism with staff, outdated technology

    Understand the true definition of all staff positions before micromanaging team members and sending condescending emails that others (including the client) can read .

    To many chiefs. Hard to get work done with so many meetings about meetings.

    Make the decisions and let us do the work without having 5 meetings about the previous meeting.
