    I worked at MedAssets full-time

    Pros

Great work life balance, great focus on the client and ability to work across many disciplines. Fun team environment.

    Cons

Really no cons per se other than the Medical benefits could be better, and the location is separated from most of the other local companies.

I worked at MedAssets full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people that work there that are so sweet. Such a great community of folks that really care about each other and want to have a relationship with each other.

    Cons

Leadership does not care about the people that work there at all. They ruthlessly pit people against each other. It is by far the most disgusting, harassment filled, dysfunctional place that I have ever worked. Ever.

    Pros

Collaborative environment where employees worked together and independently with good culture. The company offered good benefits

    Cons

The job had no security and was an at will position. Which means you could be going to office party one moment and being escorted out with a box next minute with no forewarning

    Advice to Management

Be transparent and offer your employees an opportunity to succeed and understand that not all people are fit to train and manage some can only stay single tasked

I worked at MedAssets (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great team to have supervised.

    Cons

Management needed to adhere to management policy. HR was aware of the 'problem manager' since there were several past incidences however they never to the appropriate steps in solving the solution. Turnover was extremely high within the Buyer I and the main correlation was the department management.

    Advice to Management

    Follow protocol and policy.
