Amazing staff to work with and center manager is phenomenal!

      Pros

Staff is easy to get along with, no drama Learn so much from so many different cases! Center manager is very fair, easy going while making sure all aspects are followed according to guidelines! Th day flies by! Never a dull moment, loved it! Structure structure structure! If you have a question, there’s a protocol in place. You never have to wonder how to do details of your job!

      Cons

Long shifts sometimes make it hard on moms with little ones. Being open till 8 and being required to still take the last patient at 7:59 can make you get out hours late if there are already people still finishing up. Makes it really hard on childcare providers never knowing when you will finish shift. *no part time day shifts, 12 hour shifts (which are usually 14) only

      I love my jov!

      Pros

I always feel appreciated and rewarded by my manager. If you work hard it goes a long way! And lots of opportunity for growth. I learn something new everyday. Also I love my coworkers!

      Cons

Shifts can be long but in turn you have four days off. Often short staffed but it’s usually out of the managers control.

      Pros

Love my coworkers and my manager is very supportive and accommodating to everyone’s schedules. Great flexibility.

      Cons

Long hours. Open from 8-8 but depending on how many patients there are and what they are being seen for, you can be there until 9 or even 10 on a busy/understaffed day.

      Low pay, poor staffing

      Pros

Work less days a week, snacks provided, some great employees

      Cons

Low pay with a very tiny raise once a year, poorly staffed, centers (even busy ones) are shutting down constantly so no job security, you perform tons of urine drug screens all day long, you rarely get a break because you’re so busy and too little staff but you get in trouble if you don’t get a break, if you do get a break, it’s one 30 min break for a 13+ hour shift. Constant changes from upper management that don’t actually work in clinics and have no medical experience. Don’t work here unless just wanting to do it casual hours

      Pros

Coworkers and center manager. The 12 hour shifts. Flexibility with scheduling. Great experience for the medical field.

      Cons

Big company. Sometimes feels like you are just an employee ID to them. Not a lot of room for advancement.

Can’t get anywhere with this company

      Pros

Snacks? 3 days a week unless you’re short staffed (LOL we’re always short staffed)

      Cons

You’ll be overlooked for any other progressing position unless you’re a complete suck up. I get it that it’s normal, but this company is worse. Experience and knowledge of all positions should get you a better position, right? No. United healthcare owns the company and our insurance sucks. They don’t care about employees, just the bottom dollar. But what else is new? $0.10-0.20 raises a year. 20 cents…
