    Advice to Management

When insurance was check it took care of co payment and to see doctor military. So did not appreciate giving my credit card for any or if additional fees. There are too many hacker out here and been hacked and am very careful. I don't think that is needed if you have great insurance sound fishie to me

    Pros

A great place to work with a friendly culture. It's nice to see an organization that considers training so valuable. I would have loved to have stayed longer but another opportunity came along I couldn't afford to turn down.

    Cons

The organization is growing rapidly and they are still finding their footing for rapid expansion. Overall, I didn't find any serious flaws or cons.

    Advice to Management

Great policies for onboarding and getting to know each other. Overall, a great place to work.

    Pros

Co-Workers are amazing, atmosphere is second to none

    Cons

Favoritism and politics runs rampant especially at just about entry. Managers are more interested in keeping 1 person happy

Treat ALL employees with the same expectations. Stop the politics and favoritism in promotions. Choose promotions by objective fields. Teamwork, metrics, and overall attitude should be a good few

    Pros

Great team in some departments. Great feet on the ground, and great support bi-laterally. Great peer support, and some lower management are good.

    Cons

Very poor management. Worst VP structure I've even seen. Hard work goes Unacknowledged. Department heads assigned by default, with or without knowledge of the department.

I have been working at MedExpress Urgent Care full-time

    Pros

Flexible shift scheduling, very clear cut company goals that are patient focused, good benefits, competitive payscale for an urgent care center.

    Cons

Recruiting difficulties have left staffing currently very thin. Somehow need to focus on bringing more quality full time providers.

    Advice to Management

Rapid expansion is occurring, but attention to detail and manpower needs to also be a strong focus for their existing centers.
