I have been working at MedImpact full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Management is very realistic about what we can achieve as a team and individually. My manager is very supportive and our team creates value for the organization every day. Fortunate to work with an organization which values integrity and honest/open communication. Pay and benefits are good.

    Cons

Nervous about layoffs, but that's the environment we're in.

    Advice to Management

Continue to support your staff, while being truthful and honest about our company's vision and future.

I worked at MedImpact full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

There are no pros at MedImpact.

    Cons

Horrible company with horrible management. The owner is absent dealing with lawsuits and his other companies, basically using MedImpact in order to extort capitol (over 300 million in "loans" so he can live like a king). In two years did not receive a single bonus, although this was promised. Promotions are based on politics and nepotism, not skill or talent. The atmosphere is poison, the culture non-existent. Lay offs...

I worked at MedImpact full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Office was clean and spacious.

    Cons

Direct management was outwardly bias on hiring. I was asked to hire more white people. HR was present during this conversation and agreed there needed to be more diversity.

    Advice to Management

Be mindful of your surroundings and your talent pool. Ignorant to think that you would be limited in hiring.

I have been working at MedImpact full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Well structured organization. Pay is average/fair on salary. Committed to succeed!

    Cons

Overworked and no life balance. They will keep adding accounts and more work without any care. They do not hire additional staff very often so it is put on existing employees who are already overloaded. They do not compensate for sales that should be paid commission, instead only small bonus if corp. meets it's yearly goal. No recognition for good work performed either. High Turnover Company, Everyone quits when...

    Advice to Management

Hire more staff to help with the team effort and not overload good existing employees. STOP being cheap and pay better bonus and commission to those helping increase revenue for the company.

I have been working at MedImpact for less than a year

      Pros

Very progressive company. High expectations but with work life balance. My unit is focused on providing the training and support needed. I've been amazed at the recognition that sometimes projects/programs/client services are not perfect. Rather than punish employees they focus on finding the root cause without blame and focus on future prevention. Very collaborative environment.

      Cons

Nothing that really stands out. They do have a large break room but do not serve food. There is a pseudo kitchen with many refrigerators, microwave ovens, .......

      Advice to Management

Keep on doing the Town Hall meetings to keep all informed.
