    Pros

Building is LEED certified. Some people are great to work with. Holidays are pretty good.

    Cons

Leadership is disorganized, lacking and needs better accountability. Too much favoritism. There is constant turnover and the good ones always leave.

    Advice to Management

Improve leadership and hire better leaders.

    Pros

    Decent pay and flexible schedule

    Cons

Bad culture, no one wants to help other than bare minimum

    Advice to Management

    I worked at MedImpact full-time

    Pros

    Good benefits and bonus program

    Cons

Expect you to learn processes without support from your manager and team members are too busy to assist. It's very 'individualize' work with everyone's head down working and no collaboration or support.

I worked at MedImpact full-time for more than a year

    Pros

-decent base salary and bonus (the latter being hypothetical) -knowledgeable and kind supervisor, albeit somewhat limited at influencing meaningful change due to an absent layer of management immediately above -role's scope is ambitious and will strengthen both technical and soft skills

    Cons

-very poor work-life balance (If you like being present with your family, this is not a good fit. If you are single and obsess about whether to lease an Audi or a Lexus, this is the place for you!) -too many meetings (25+ a week...it's impossible to complete your actual work during business hours) -no PTO during 4th quarter (and this was not disclosed until I onboarded) -relentless follow-up and red tape required to...

I have been working at MedImpact full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great place to learn how to NOT be an effective manager. Snack drawer.

    Cons

Clearly not the best place to work when managment over works the best employees while the others who don't pull their weight get to take advantage of working from home. Not the best way to boost morale. Treat your employees as equals and divide the work load properly. Stop allowing sleeping on the job because of shift difference. Maybe a change will happen because of this review. Like the others before it, managment only...
