    Pros

    They could stop other departments causing problems in other departments.

    Cons

    the company does pay ok.

    Advice to Management

    Change management totally.

    Benefit package is outstanding and I would work there again just for the benefits

    Pros

    Benefits were the ONLY decent thing about that company.

    Cons

    Dangerous if you want to keep your license secure and safe. Lack of direction for an intern. Corporate is shady. Racial tension and hostility. They cross lines with how they medically treat patients and leave the counselors and interns in hostile circumstances. Methadone treatment is NOT for anyone with less than 10 years experience if at all.

    Advice to Management

    Policy needs to apply to ALL staff.

    Pros

    Some good managers, and some very bad managers and directors yjsy never leave or are expelled. Flexible time for family and health issues.

    Cons

    Would rather hire outside instead of from within. Very HIGH turnover because of small raises of 3% and bad managers. seen hard workers not rewarded.

    Advice to Management

    invest in current employees. share your vision and we'll help! Why is everything such a secret?

    Pros

    The company is aggressively growing.

    The pay is average and the benefits a bit above par.

    Big company (600 employees) but small feeling (each location about 20 associates)

    Cons

    Extremely high turnover at all levels. There are too few good managers.

    Holiday & PTO inconsistent depending on location.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in finding the best talent/employees instead of constantly re-hiring the same positions. Recognize the growing pains and make organizational changes--both on resources and technology.

    Great organization to work for. The highest quality of care is evident in the staffing and services offered.

    I worked at MedMark Services full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    The early hours allow for you to have more freedom in your day while others with traditional work hours are still at work.
    Helping people change their lives.

    The pay was decent

    Cons

    The management at the location is horrible in so many ways that it is unbelievable he still has a job overseeing others. The environment is hostile, the turnover rate is high, upper management all SEEM nice and helpful. Employees are Overworked and under appreciated.

    Pros

    Can be a good entry level position for desperate interns. Can't think of anything else that is good about this company. I see our competitors beating us soon!

    Cons

    Don't know where to begin. This company is completely corrupt and full of lies. The staff is all corrupt, on drugs, falsifying legal documents, you people have no idea. Directors and immediate supervisors are low life crooks and drug addicts getting drunk and doing drugs on the job. Ceo and corporate don't have a clue what field managers are really up to while at work because if they knew they would fire them all. Disgusting people and have no business working there trying to help addicts who need help when they are nasty crooked hypocrites. Health insurance and benefits are slum level. The pay isn't the worst but not the best. You won't make a wage you can live on so don't bother or plan on having 2-3 jobs including this one. Probably better off being a waiter or janitor.

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of new managers they are robbing you blind and doing terrible things you have no idea what they are up to. Get a clue and look deeper

    Corporation making money hand over fist from patients and state while underpaying employees.

    Corporate: pay employees!
