    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

The company is quite flexible for vacation and personal days, the work environment is clean, and the work is not very physically demanding.

    Cons

There is no opportunity whatsoever for advancement unless you are either in management or sales. If you try to advance yourself through hard work and education, you will find all venues closed for advancement as the company will hire an outsider before hiring from within if at all possible.

    Advice to Management

Utilize your existing talent, especially those that show incentive for personal growth by allowing them to grow instead of forcing them to leave.
