    Pros

Project managers basically run this small market research company. Lots of recognition goes out to Project managers throughout projects and are bonused accordingly.

    Cons

Lots of work can be placed on few people. Resources are always being stretched to make that extra buck. Always lots of work to be completed.

    Advice to Management

Hire more staff so that people can dedicate all their efforts into one project without failing to give it 100%.

I have been working at MedQuery full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Everyone here seems driven to have a community atmosphere when it's not work related: which is about all the relaxation your gonna get, but it is very pleasant to have people who are genuinely nice around.

    Cons

Micro-management, low pay, bad computers and frequent server crashes, ugly office with dim lights, smelly recruiting room, high stress over meaningless things, long -particularly boring days, not a particularly driven or ambitious group of employees.

    Advice to Management

Your'e trying hard, but with this business model it's just gonna suck for most people most of the time. I would say increasing wages or other benefits would be a good start but I don't think you could afford it.

I have been working at MedQuery full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people are friendly, learn to work under constant pressure. Learn ins and outs of recruiting.

    Cons

Too much work given to each person, management is not helpful, very high stress level. Project Managers are essentially recruiters themselves. Managers tell you there will not be much phone-recruiting/cold calling, but the position is 40% phone recruiting. Recruiting several projects at once, handling difficult recruits that no other recruiter will take (almost impossible) along with dealing with difficult clients makes for a stressful position..

    Advice to Management

Hire a larger staff so people are not doing the work of 3 different people at one time. Stop micro-managing.
