    Pros

    The salary was amazing! The people were hard working and cooperative. Unfortunately Medquest in St Louis is gone.

    Cons

    The headquarters are in Georgia. Communication with upper management was complicated by this issue.

    Pros

    Great benefits and competitive pay, vacation accrual is unheard of now days, great benefit plans.

    Cons

    High turnover rate, pay rates not even across board, you could be training someone who make several dollars an hour more than you, overworked and unappreciated

    Advice to Management

    Do not expect employees to give give give when you keep taking more and more away, consider offering better compensation to those who have been with you for years, to keep up with current market.

    The compensation and benefits are around market value

    The work/life balance is out of balance
    If you know the "Dukes of Hazard" then you have an ideal of what goes on here

    Very conservative internal structure limits ability to change & grow

    Listen to your employees and give them a voice in the operations & decisions to move the company forward. Provide more employee training & IT resources support to acheive department goals & objectives.

    Pros

    A good customer base ensures you have plenty of work.
    Pay is never late. Generous overtime when patient load is heavy.

    Cons

    Skills are spread too thin: Operate 3-4 different old machines. Includes helping other sites if called.

    Advice to Management

    Update machines to take advantage of newer software and faster scans.
