    Pros

Great pay when compared to other companies doing similar tasks. Great benefits for those who have become full-time. Great management

    Cons

This place can get extremely busy during the peak season. When this happens, people call in sick and you are forced to pick up the slack ten fold.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what is being done. This truly is a great place to work with great pay and benefits for all.
