    Pros

Flexibility, ability to transfer to a different clinic without losing longevity, hours and co-workers for some clinics.

    Cons

Poor upper level management, not compliant with policies set forth by regulatory agencies, do not pay for continuing education, training or certifications (not even for the time spent in seminars or training relevant to specialty), HR not responsive to concerns or issues.

    Advice to Management

Hire knowledgeable management teams with experience managing medical offices. Respond to employees that reach out to HR with concerns or issues. Hire someone to oversee compliance with various applicable regulatory agencies( ie; Texas Board of Nursing when employing nurses).

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

    I worked at MedSynergies full-time

    Pros

    - Decent work/life balance
    - Friendly environment (most of the time)

    Cons

    Where to begin:
    - Below market pay
    - Expensive, mediocre benefits
    - Very little direction or support from management
    - Some managers display very bad behaviors(bullying, poor hiring practices) that go unchecked by senior leadership
    - Very few career progression opportunities
    - Lots of attrition

Unless you're really desperate, there are plenty of better opportunities out there.

    Advice to Management

Work on improving company culture and becoming more competitive with pay/benefits.
