I worked at Medac full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I love how flexible and accommodating the job is as well as the "lax" environment. People are friendly, helpful and informative.

    Cons

Immaturity with some in management roles, inconsistency with policies and procedures, communication

    Advice to Management

COMMUNICATION AND CONSISTENCY !! There needs to be more interpersonal training for those new to supervisor positions. Its not what you say, its how you say it. I enjoyed my time there but some situations and some people can tarnish an experience, I hope this will be looked into and taken into consideration. Hi Bijon!

I worked at Medac full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Friendly coworkers and team units

    Cons

Lack of training. They throw you out on the floor and expect for you to learn your on your own and then look at you like you're stupid when something goes wrong and then they expect a lot from you but they pay so little. The insurance for their employees was horrible as well

I have been working at Medac full-time

    Pros

Excellent Benefits, Great people, very friendly & very supportive.

    Cons

Can't think of any, it's a great company.

    Advice to Management

Be a little more appreciative of each employee & what they do for your company. A few good words of appreciation goes a long way.

I have been working at Medac full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The office that I am stationed at is very nice. They have a great attitude. The benefits are great for employee only. Most of the time I do not need to interact with home office.

I did receive one 25.00 gift card at Christmas for a family meal.

The base pay seems to be decent initially.

    Cons

Just to add ONE child to the benefits plan makes the insurance skyrocket from (roughly 150/month) to a sizeable 400.00 per month. I do not know if it stays the same for 4 kids, if it does that might be a pro for someone else.

I have had 5 boss changes in less than 1 years time.
Senior leadership seems to be a revolving door as well.

Negotiate the best rate of pay because you will not receive an increase until the following January. So if you start in say May of 2016, you will not be eligible for a raise until the 1st of January in 2018. They make everyone wait a year, then after the year, you wait until January to receive information about raises. They may or may not give you a raise then if you receive a poor annual review. Also they may not give raises if they do not make budget.

Some of the bosses seem grumpy and some will micro manage.

Some managers (my current manager) will not answer a phone call unless you leave a message, and emails are scarcely responded to or acknowledged.

    Advice to Management

It may useful to create an environment about the employees instead of about the profit. I feel like this would attract a high class of professionalism.

This company seems to be wrought with greed and cynicism.

I can not recommend this company to others because I feel like they should work at a place where all members are treated with decency and respect.

    Pros

    Good job Benefits, good hours

    Cons

Middle management does not like to train and are self serving.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees better . You can give employees more than 3 months before you terminate before no apparent reason.

I have been working at Medac full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Difficult to state any pros due to the current work conditions at the company. The restrooms are nice. The colors of the logo are wonderful.

    Cons

Hostile work environment. Dishonest owners and board members. The quality of patient care has declined due to cost cuts and key employees have been terrorized.

    Advice to Management

    Advice: Don't allow harassmebt
