    Pros

There are none. I wish I could come up with something but there just aren't any Pros to working for this company.

    Cons

There are many. This company is more worried about driving stock price than they are about effectively managing patients and clients. It's all about the bottom line. Nobody cares about quality or service.

I worked at Medco Health full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Two raises per year but that is all thanks to the Union, three shifts available and huge company.

    Cons

No overtime offered and when it is... it's given based on seniority, management sucks and shows favoritism, location isn't the best unless you live near by......

    Advice to Management

Acknowledge the workers that actually put in hard work and dedication, take a better look at your leaders you have over the teams....

I have been working at Medco Health full-time

    Pros

nice working environment, some nice people, nice building, some really dedicated people worked here and loved what they did until they were bought out

    Cons

too focused on handle time and not the customer, all the changes that went into effect after they were bought out by Express Scripts then everything changed for the worse. Medco was a good company.

    Advice to Management

Give people a chance, you sepend too much time listening to the phone calls and not enough time leading, managing, and inspiring your greatest asset which is your employees.

    Pros

Great team support and culture. Flexible schedules and hours. Emphasis on work/life balance.

There was a high turn over rate for management. A lot of new programs and training sessions were required to keep pace with management changes.
