I worked at Medi-Caps Group of Institutions full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

One of the best college in Indore. Good placement record. Good student and study environment. Very good for B TECH course.
Recommenced this college for engineering student

    Cons

College management is not fully transparent towards the professors problems. Professors are not getting enough respect from management. Management has not shown any interest to provide basic facilities like pension, bonus, LTA, paid leave etc.

For student: there is no focus on students overall developments. There is less focus on research activity. Student has not shown interest to work on challenging projects. Most of the project are repeated and copied.

    Advice to Management

I advised management to focus on research and creative activity which helps student overall development.

Work positively to make good relationship with professor. Make a environment where professor feels respectable. Start some good scheme for employee welfare.

This changes really help Medicaps to become best institution no only in MP but also in India.

I worked at Medi-Caps Group of Institutions full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

good environment for study and teaching. good students. better placements for students.

    Cons

no good life for faculty in terms of respect and benefits like pension, insurance. lack of basic facilities like separate cabin and computer for each faculty.

    Advice to Management

should be transparent with each other and understand faculty's problem and work towards the quality education(education is not a business).
