    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Media Breakaway (More than a year)

    Pros

I enjoyed the monthly potlucks and when I first started I was given semi-flexible hours one day a week for personal reasons.

    Cons

I found that the management were unsupportive and the culture was very negative. I was asked to perform job duties that clearly took advantage of our customers, and that type of activity was a given.

    Pros

    Laid back office environment. Snacks.

    Cons

Offered no training. Treated terrible by HR. Management really didn't care about anyone.

I worked at Media Breakaway full-time

    Pros

Great people, flexibility and room for growth.

    Cons

Didn't love the lack of transparency available to Advertisers within the network. Seemed to be a pretty blind network with little insight into where leads and actions were coming from.
