    Pros

    Diverse workforce / great culture / outstanding work environment / great benefits.
    Latest state-of-art computer equipment and software.
    They offered a great way to learn the business and had a good understanding of personal and work life.

    Cons

    When things weren't going well, transparency wasn't there.

    Create a system where people can clearly see the bad performing managers. And kick them out.

    Advice to Management

    Going back and forth about ideas how business should be conducted should not change everytime new management comes into place.

    Reason Media Group is an interactive firm that blends expertise in technology, design, and user-experience with a good dose of wild creativity and unrivaled passion for what we do.

    Cons

    Media careers appear to be full of glamour and prestige. While they definitely have their perks, you'll be faced with many difficult personal choices before you have a shot at making it to the top of the TV, radio, print or online industries.
