    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at MediaCom UK full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Mental health allies - Media owner events - Structured progression route (not executable though!) - Socials - Exposure to big clients

    Cons

    - Awful progression system. There is a set criteria that you need to meet in order to be promoted however, it's hard to actually get the promotion when the company freezes pay rises and promotions every other week! Lots of good talent has been lost over time due to this, surely enough is enough. Give the people an extra 2-5k and keep them for another 3 years, rather than loosing someone to hire someone new on the salary...

I have been working at MediaCom UK full-time for less than a year

      Pros

-Amazing team - Time allowed to understand the business/client/platforms/processes, and this is great because in advertising agencies it’s not always like this - convenient location - international team although lots of British too - subsidised gym - progression opportunities exist, KPIs and performance are being tracked all the time which is very good

      Cons

      - low starting salary of under 21k and therefore I guess not many people stay for years even with progression being possible

      Advice to Management

Overall everything is great apart from salary obviously

      Pros

Great people, trying to be committed to work life balance, can become part of the furniture

      Cons

Hard to progress if you don’t play the game, management plays favourites, recruitment is slow, pay for people who have been there a while isn’t comparable to newbies.

      Advice to Management

      Listen to employees more!

      Pros

Great place to socialse, work with blue chip clients and the world biggest brands. This workplace has no places for errors and would teach you work discipline, and how to work well under-pressure and be advocate. You got to go to a lot of fancy places in Soho, and work with som leading media suppliers (GG, FB etc). It is a perfect place for graduates and if you appreciate a highly sociable workplace. It is said there...
