Eyeblaster was a great starting place in the online advertising industry.
Cons
During my time at the company there was extremely high turnover (over 75%), which didn't seem to change after my departure. There is absolutely zero opportunity for advancement opportunities due to the company's small position in the market place as solely a rich media and ad serving vendor.

Free food and beer for on Mondays and Tuesdays when the delivery arrives....get it fast before the gluttonous slobs devour everything or take it home with them.
Cons
Lousy management, very inexperienced sales team unable to land business. The LA office is certainly on the way out. The Sales team has lost one major account after another, but seem to blame everyone else, namely client services and creative services.
